The Fabulous Jalopy Theatre's own Whiskey Spitters house band is a collection of musicians, luthiers, basement dwellers and Red Hook residents. Playing blues, rags and jugband numbers, this bunch can mainly be found on the Jalopy stage, though has been sighted elsewhere in the Brooklyn area -banjos, guitars, mandolins and fiddles in hand. Songs of boozing, bootlegging and illicit gardening included.
