St. Lukes Chamber Ensemble

Sunday, September 23
Show starts at 3:00
Free!

St. Lukes Chamber Ensemble performs free, one-hour concerts in each of New York Citys five boroughs, featuring two spirited chamber works: Beethovens Septet and Johns Book of Alleged Dances by American composer John Adams. The series will also host a food drive for New York Citys hungry in partnership with City Harvest. Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations to each performance. The most needed foods are: canned fruit, canned vegetables, peanut butter (plastic jars), mac and cheese (packaged), and hot and cold cereal (packaged, family-sized). Enjoy gourmet ice cream sandwiches after the concert! New Yorks Own Melt will sell their delectable ice cream inventions immediately following all performances. Tickets are free! Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open 30 minutes before each performance.
