About The Dust Busters
"The Dust Busters are a string band based out of Brooklyn New York. They strive to integrate a wide range of old timey songs, fiddle tunes, blues and originals into every performance, and infuse it all with the freewheelin high energy that characterized early string bands in the vein of the Georgia Crackers, Mississippi Sheiks, JE Mainer and His Mountaineers, etc. They are currently working on their first album, and hope to have it available by may 2009.
